Heath Estates recognizes that cleaning out an estate is often an emotional, exhausting and daunting task. There are situations where an onsite auction or estate sale is not feasible. These situations include:

    • Time constraints that do not provide time for an estate sale or auction
    • Estates that do not wish to have a sale at their location
    • Locations (condos, apartments, townhomes, gated communities etc.) that do not allow on-site sales
    • Estates that have been moved to a storage facility

Heath Estates will gladly provide a buyout offer for your estate – whether you have a few select items or house bursting at the seams.

In addition, Heath Estates takes in select items on a consignment basis.
